Mahogany Obsidian is a natural glass obsidian that has iron inclusions, creating the mahogany stripes and swirls.

It can form anywhere there is volcanic activity but large deposits have been found in Mexico, Japan, Afghamistam, Brazil and the United States.

Metaphysically, it is used to remove energy blocks, and give new life to purposes and goals.
