Collection: Dragon's Blood Jasper

Dragon's Blood Jasper is formed by chromium-rich silica which hardens into a fuchistic chert. When the green fuchsitic chert is formed, it sometimes includes small pockets and veins of iron-rich silica which transforms into Red Jasper. This results in a mostly green stone with red inclusions running through it.

It is found all over Australia.
