Crazy Lace Agate is a banded form of Chalcedony which is a microcrystalline variety of Quartz.

It is found exclusively in Chihuahua Mexico.

It is a part of the Rhombohedral crystal system.

Metaphysically, Crazy Lace Agate is commonly referred to as the "laughter stone" or "happy lace". It is a balancing and protecting stone, believed to ward off the "evil eye",bringing joy, and absorbing emotional pain.
